Refund policy

 DANCE HEELS RETURN POLICY:

Shoes must be returned or exchanged within two-weeks (14 days) and in the original shoe box.

Shoes must be completely unsoiled. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with a note stating the reason for your return. All returns are subject to a $15 return fee. Custom orders and Clearance items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Return or exchange items must be delivered to: 14014 Ventura Blvd. Suite 1A Sherman Oaks, California 94123.
