Your order delivery is divided into two phases:
• Processing time: This includes order verification, securing stocks, and quality checks. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. If the product is in stock, your order will be shipped in 1-3 days. If the product is out of stock, your order will be shipped in 2-3 weeks.

 DANCE HEELS RETURN POLICY: 

Shoes must be returned or exchanged within two-weeks (14 days) and in the original shoe box.

Shoes must be completely unsoiled.
